  • Santito designs are all hand made as one-of-a-kind works, or in small batches/limited editions. Each piece is hand-built, thrown on a wheel, or cast in a mold that we make of an original piece that we sculpt. All the marks are drawn and painted individually, so each piece is unique and charmed with variances.

  • Gift Wrap
    If you’d like us to include a note with your package and give it a proper gift wrap, add some classy flash with our gift wrap service. We love wrapping prezzies, so everything we ship out will look nice, but we can totally amp up the cuteness and add an elegantly wrapped, gift-ready box and a card for a small additional charge.

  • Shipping

    Paying for shipping sucks, we know. We’ve all gotten a little spoiled about that. But as a small studio, we can’t afford to absorb shipping costs. Trust that do our very best to keep those expenses down while ensuring that your purchase gets to you safely.

  • Care In Packing

    We’ve learned our lesson the hard way and go overboard with careful packing. We love everything we make, and we aren’t going to take any chances on our clay babies getting broken en route to you. Shipping fees include the additional handling fee for packing materials and the labor included in wrapping everything up tight.

  • Timeline
    We’re a small biz running out of a small space so we try to compartmentalize our workflow: We block out weeks when we’re making the work, weeks when have an online “drop” and are selling the work, and weeks when we’re packing and shipping the work. Summer 2024 orders are shipping July 17th at the latest, but probably sooner. And if you need it in a rush, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Shipping Services

    We ship work USPS priority or ground service with tracking # and insurance. For international shipping DHL is available for an additional fee, please email for information. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and charges that are applied by their country to imports. Santito Co can not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the delivery service. The buyer is responsible for filing any claims with the shipping service.

  • Packing Material
    We use paper and recycled products whenever we can to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels, and we also often reuse packing material like bubble wrap from stuff shipped to us or salvaged from friends and local businesses. In general, we try not to buy any plastic stuff for packaging. We have an old stash of little bubblewrap bags we’re using up, but otherwise it’s all paper.

  • Refunds and Exchanges
    Unfortunately due to the limitations of this small business, no refunds are given at this time, so take a good look at the pics and reach out with any questions. We will happily exchange your item within five days of receipt of purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded and return shipping costs and safe return are the responsibilities of the customer, so you gotta pack it up good. Email us if you'd like an exchange. Santito Co reserves the right to cancel or otherwise terminate and refund any orders, even after payment. 

  • Care and Maintenance
    Due to the delicate nature of handmade ceramics, pieces may break, even with normal wear and tear. Santito makes our pieces to be durable, but please use care. Even though the functional pieces are dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted, hand washing is recommended for the longevity of your piece.

  • Terms and Conditions
    When you purchase anything from Santito Co, you agree to hold Santito Co and George Ferrandi harmless from any loss, damage or injury due to any products purchased from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the item(s) purchased. All items offered on our site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Note: We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.

    Customer Privacy is very important to us and we do not share or sell any information provided to us by our customers.
